Instructions for No Wilt Plant Shield

* Keeps plants from Wilting
* Reduces Moisture Loss in Plants
* Protects Plants from Drying Out
* Guards Against Winter Damage
* Use All 4 Seasons
* Concentrate
* Always shake well before using.

What It Is:
No Wilt reduces damaging water loss caused by drying winds, frozen ground, high heat and transplanting.

What It Does: No Wilt coats leaves with an invisible protective film that reduces moisture loss through the leaf surfaces (reduces evapotranspiration). This protective layer can reduce or eliminate sunscald, windburn, winter injury, wilting and reduces the need for frequent watering during hot summer months.

Where to Use It: Use on shrubs, trees, groundcovers, roses, evergreens and lawns. Excellent for use when transplanting. No Wilt can also be used to extend the life of Christmas trees, wreaths, evergreen roping, and holly.

How to Use It: Shake well before use. Thoroughly spray all upper and lower leaf surfaces using a coarse spray pattern. To prevent winter damage, spray plants in the fall preferably before the first freeze. One application usually lasts the entire winter. To protect transplants, spray plants after watering thoroughly. To protect Christmas trees, wreaths and roping, apply product and allow to dry before placing the plants in the home.

Note: Do not spray directly on roots or root-balls when transplanting.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid spraying non-target surfaces.

No Wilt Plant Shield protects evergreens from winter freeze injury, reduces water loss from recently transplanted trees, shrubs, and flowers, wilting, and extends the life of Christmas trees, wreaths and holly.

Winter Damage:
Evergreen plants are susceptible to winter freeze injury. Winter freeze injury occurs when the sun heats up the leaf and needle surfaces of evergreens and the plants begin to lose water. Because the ground is frozen, the roots are unable to absorb enough moisture to compensate for the water that is lost. This results in dead spots in the plant or possibly the death of the entire plant. No Wilt Plant Shield forms a barrier over the leaves reducing the water loss and protecting the plant from injury.

Transplants:
Recently transplanted trees, shrubs and flowers are susceptible to transplant shock due to their root systems not being able to keep up with the water lost from their leaves. No Wilt helps the roots by forming a protective coating that reduces the water loss through the leaves, but still allows plants to breathe. Christmas Trees: The lives of cut Christmas trees, wreaths, and holly are dependent upon how long it takes for them to dry out. The longer it takes for them to dry out, the longer they will last. No Wilt Plant Shield extends the life of cut Christmas trees by forming a clear coating that reduces water loss and prevents needle drop.

Avoid spraying non-target surfaces.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Do not add No Wilt to an empty sprayer container. Fill the spray container with 1&Mac218;2 of the required amount of water before adding No Wilt concentrate.

Do Not Use Indoors

To reduce winter injury on conifers and broadleaf evergreens: Mix 13 fl. oz. per gallon of water. Apply as thorough cover spray in the late Fall or early Winter. Spray a uniform coverage to top and bottoms sides of branches. Apply until product begins to drip from foliage. Note: Blue Spruce may turn green when sprayed, but will return to normal when No Wilt wears off.

To reduce transplant shock to trees, shrubs, and flowers: Mix 7 fl. oz. (14 Tbs) per gallon of water. Apply as a thorough cover spray, wetting leaves and stems. Spray the underside of the leaves and apply to the drip point. Do not spray or dip the roots of rooted cuttings, balled transplants, or bare-rooted transplants.

To reduce the drying of Christmas trees and holiday greenery: Mix 7 fl. oz. (14 Tbs) per gallon of water. Spray until the point of drip being sure to uniformly cover all needles and leaves. Spray outdoors when temperatures are above 32°F. Allow plants to dry before bringing them indoors.

To clean the sprayer equipment: Rinse spray equipment with water. Then using a soap solution of 1&Mac218;2 cup detergent to one gallon of water, flush sprayer components. Do not allow No Wilt to dry in the sprayer.

To clean surfaces accidentally sprayed with No Wilt: Mix 1&Mac218;2 cup detergent to one gallon of water. Scrub the surface until clean and rinse with water.

Storage: Keep from freezing. Keep out of reach of children.

Disposal:
Wrap in several layers of newspaper and discard in trash.
