Vitalize® All-Purpose Plant Food Instructions

Vitalize® provides both the rich organic matter important to sustain life and the essential elements your plants need for vigor and yield.

Vitalize® contains both immediately available and slow release Nitrogen for steady vigorous plant growth. Some Nitrogen is available right away to green-up plants while they remainder releases over time to keep feeding slowly and gently. Vitalize® also provides Potash to help protect against stress and Phosphate to promote strong roots. Vitalize® is granulated and spreads easily.

Derived from feathermeal, bloodmeal, bonemeal, sunflower fly ash, composted poultry litter, kelp. 6.0% slow-release Nitrogen from kelp, feathermeal, bloodmeal, bonemeal, and poultry litter.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For general applications:

1. Apply 2 Tablespoons to each 2 feet of row. (2-3 lbs. per 100 sq. ft.)
2. Spread evenly over the soil surface or stir into the top few inches.
3. Feed plants monthly for best results.


For specific applications:
For houseplants:
For each 6" of pot diameter add 1 Tbs. of Vitalize® per plant when potting. Apply Vitalize® to soil surface or mix into potting medium.

For Transplants:
For small vegetable and flower transplants, mix 2 Tbs. of Vitalize® with soil in each planting hole. Broadcast another 2 Tbs. every 2 to 4 weeks.

For Flowers & Vegetables:
Apply 1/2 cup of Vitalize® to soil every 8 sq. ft. Work into the top few inches.

For Trees, Shrubs, & Roses:
Apply 1/2 cup of Vitalize® for every 8 sq. ft. of soil.

Vitalize® may be applied at any time of year. Vitalize® will not leach as readily as some fertilizers or burn plants, transplants, or seeds when used as directed.
