Chocolate Frogs  

Ingredients

Two bags of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Candy molds in the shape of frogs (Can be purchased at a cake decorating store)

Directions

Slowly melt chocolate in a double boiler over low heat. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Lightly spray the candy molds with
non-stick spray. Spoon the melted chocolate into the mold -refrigerate until hard. Remove the frogs and wrap them in plastic wrap. Repeat until the chocolate is all used. For a "Popsicle" effect, cover the chocolate filled mold with wax paper and place a wooden Popsicle into the underside of the frogs belly.
