Tomato Supreme   

Ingredients

3 cups of cubed tomatoes
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 half onion, diced
2 slices bread, toasted & buttered with 2 T. butter
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.  Pour in buttered casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Be creative!  This is a recipe that you can add your own        
touch to.  Here are some suggestions:
 • Add three cups of corn for variation
 • Use a different type of bread such as pumpernickel or
    multigrain for added flavor
 • Marinate the onions and tomatoes in garlic and olive oil,
    and herbs overnight before combining other ingredients
 • Top with minced onions before cooking
