Kills Insects on Contact

Kills Insects on Contact Whether your prized flower garden is being invaded by damaging insects, or your precious vegetable crop is being eaten and destroyed, Safer® Brand Yard & Garden Insect Killer is here to help! Potassium salts of fatty acids and pyrethrins combine to kill and control many of the common hard-bodied and soft-bodied insects that cause damage to yards and gardens everywhere.

Pyrethrins attack insects’ nervous systems, rapidly paralyzing them so damage to the plant stops immediately. Potassium salts of fatty acids, which are made from the natural fatty acids found in animal fats and plant oils, weaken insects’ protective outer shells. Once their shell is damaged, insects will begin to dehydrate from the inside out, eventually causing them to die.
