Hello,
I have a Koi pond in the back yard that was always being visited by raccoons. After I became fed up with them not paying me for the fish I decided it was time to get a electric fence around the perimeter of my property ( land mines were out of stock here :) The only problem is that I wanted to make sure that the fence was working. Sometimes they will get shorted out when they are strung a long ways and so I would reach up and touch the 3-4k volt line. The problem was that sometimes I would soil myself in the process and that is where this little gadget came into play. Now, I no longer shock myself and go through the embarassment of soilization. Get it. It works every time I use it and it wont cost you an arm or a leg!

what a waste of 20 dollars, this testers lights are so dim that in sunlight it is impossible to read, so if your only needing to test your fence at night this is a good choice, If you need to test and work on your fence during the day.... spend your money elsewhere
