Easy to use, the trap is simply baited, placed against the wall and turned on. The trap uses advanced smart circuit technology to sense when a rodent enters the units. Once the rodent is inside, the system delivers a humane, high-voltage shock to effectively kill the mouse.
A green light blinks to indicate capture and a red light blinks to indicate low batteries. Rodents can then be dumped directly into the trash for no-touch, no-view mouse control.
The trap features a built-in safety switch that automatically deactivates the trap whenever its door is open. Purchased this product based on good reviews here and elsewhere. Took it home, put some batteries and peanut butter in per the directions and set it against a wall in the garage. Not 24 hours later, it had caught its first mouse. Cleanup is just as easy as it said. Highly recommended!

Used 5 of these traps about 10 yrs ago, placing them in locations @ which the dachshunds were going nuts. Got about 3 dozen in the summertime,no less, before they disappeared. Just adopted 2 mini-doxies & the 1st day, the 7.5 lb one went right to work, telling us the mice were back. After trying the plastic snappers, in which I caught a few mice but couldn't reset them, I've decided to buy new electric ones (forgot to remove the batteries from original traps), & give her, and our ears a break!
