Wow, great product...

Wow, great product...I was actually shocked by how well it worked. Bought one pack at Lowes yesterday and went back for a couple more to "have on hand" if I need them.
I really like the interlocking stakes, I was using them on a couple of Spider plants and a Pothos plant that I had recently re potted and by using 2 stakes, stacking them and putting the strips only on the top 2 spots I was able to avoid the strips touching any leaves.
Found the "culprit" overnight, one set had well over 20 small flies on each of the two strips. Gave the plant another dose of a Neem Oil based spray.

A great product but I totally agree that you need to offer refills of the bright yellow sticky pads. I have plenty of stakes, but would very much like to purchase replacement pads. It helps to know if you have eliminated the infestation and the best way to know that is with new pads that stay empty!
We have found that positioning the pad close to the soil seems to catch more of them, probably as they emerge after hatching.

If you’re bothered by pesky little bugs that look like small moths then buy these. We found them at Home Depot and stuck them in a large indoor plant and waited. After about one week the bugs are gone and HOLY COW did these ever work.

Great product! Does it's job! Would be even better if they sold the sticky refills separately. It is definitely a waste to have to toss the sticks and have to reorder them every time the sticky papers get full of gnats. And yes, it looks like people have been requesting these refills for years... If push comes to shove I'll just make my own sticky refills, easy enough.

SUPER EFFECTIVE. Bugs seem to love that yellow paper. But please, as others have asked, OFFER REFILLS. So many plastic stakes out there.... not needed.

These worked great to trap fungus gnats in kitchen plants. I agree with the others: please make refills I can use with my existing plastic stakes rather than having to buy more stakes, too.

I agree with many of what others have said. I also would give it 5 stars except for the fact that you cannot just purchase the replacement sticker strips and instead have to buy more sticks and strips. You also get about twice the amount of sticks that you need. It's a waste.
