Light Attracts Insects
Homes have many attractants for flying insects. The Safer® Home Indoor Plug-in Fly Trap attracts insects with UV LED light, which naturally draws a wide variety of flying insects. Once insects are drawn in by the light, they get stuck fast to the StickyTech™ Glue Card, where they are securely held until the time of disposal.
Easy to Use
The Safer® Home Indoor Plug-in Fly Trap was designed with ease of use in mind. Simply peel the backing off the StickyTech™ Glue Card and insert it into the trap. Plug the trap into a standard outlet in any room where you’ve seen flying insect activity. Keep the trap running continuously for 24/7 protection. Replacement StickyTech Glue Cards for continued protection from insects.
No Chemical Insecticides
The Safer® Home Indoor Plug-In Fly Trap contains no chemical insecticides and is the ideal choice for homes with children and pets. The trap catches and kills flies, fruit flies, moths, gnats, and other flying insects. Place it near common insect hotspots, including near houseplants, exterior doors, pet areas, in kitchens, bedrooms, and other areas of your home.
Discreet and Versatile
Not only can the Safer® Home Indoor Plug-in Fly Trap defend your property against bothersome insects, but it does so discreetly. The on-trend design effortlessly blends in with your existing home décor. Trapped insects are hidden on the back of the StickyTech™ Glue Card, so you and your guests never have to see them. Product does not last-light goes out. At first thought it was really good, but blue light goes out within a month. Card was becoming less attractive. replaced cards, but no results. Not sure why, but very disappointed. Will research other products as it can't be worse than this one. I think if the bulb could be replaced, I would have given it 2 stars, but would still look for another brand.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Safer® Home Indoor Fly Trap. The UV light should last longer than a month, and dim or failing lights can reduce how effectively the trap attracts insects. Make sure the trap is plugged into a stable outlet and placed near areas where insects are most active, such as near plants or windows. Since the light isn’t replaceable and the unit stopped working so quickly, please contact our Consumer Care Team at 1-855-767-4264 for further assistance. We’re available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 7 PM EST.

Have been driven crazy by tiny gnats as of late. Cleaned all the drains and put out vinegar and dish soap mixture seems like it started to work and then they just hovered around the solution laughingly. Bought safer home plugin traps today one for the bathroom one for the living room and one for the kitchen within a few hours each trap caught some gnats. Of course hoping to eliminate these little pests all together. will continue to disinfect all drains diligently but I'm so happy this product is doing its job. Very easy to set up and each trap comes with an extra glue card which is nice. Thank you so much safer home.
I was mystified as to where all the gnats were coming from in the kitchen. I thought they were fruit flies, but nothing worked to catch or trap them. After much research, I realized I'm growing cat grass for the cat. Live house plants "can get "fungus gnats," especially if over-watered (guilty) and during warm months. They're attracted to the dirt, lay eggs, and the larvae eat the roots. I'd noticed the grass didn't last long. I also noticed one or two small bugs flying around, landing on the windowsill, but taking off before I could squash them.
I finally found this product, the reviews were good, and the price is decent. I bought one, brought it home, installed the first glue pad and plugged it into a kitchen outlet. And shortly, I also saw one of these gnats fly by. But then it didn't fly by again. After about 15 minutes I checked the glue pad! Bingo! There was my first victim! Since then, the kitchen is much more pleasant. This is a terrific device, and also catches those ultra-tiny little "no-seeums" that sneak through the window screen. Highly recommend it.
As related previously, have seen a change in color and intensity over time with loss in effectiveness in catching bugs. What is the life expectancy for the unit and are leds replaceable?

Bought it for my son and it dt even plugged in for 2 days. And maybe 2 of them all there. are we doing something wrong?Because that's a lot of money to spend.I will never buy that again
Began working as soon as we plugged this into the outlet in the bathroom. We had been bothered by the small bugs that get through the screens on the windows. At night nearly all of them were attracted to the trap in the bathroom and haven't bothered us since then. The first card filled the first couple of nights and the second card is taking longer to fill. I highly recommend this as a safe and convenient way to control those little flying insects.
Free at last! It's not full-on fruit fly season yet, but my sticky card is full (and my kitchen is free) of fruit flies. A bonus: two moths came in from the heat, and they joined the fruit flies. I'm so pleased.
Can I just buy refills and not the whole unit? I have 8 units but need refills.

Is the amount of UV light emitted by this lamp enough to be harmful to a person or pet? How much power is emitted (mW)? I'm concerned about my cat staring at it.
