Why is My Shipping Discount Lower Than My Shipping Charge? Shipping expenses are based on the combined weight of all items in your cart. If your order meets the minimum qualifying amount for the free shipping promotion and it contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible items, the shipping charge corresponding to the eligible item(s) will be deducted from the total shipping charge. You will still be charged for shipping expenses applicable to the non-eligible items. This promotion is valid on ground shipping only. It is not valid on express shipping. Hazardous Materials & State Restrictions Items that are deemed Hazardous Materials may not be shipped via Air - they can only ship via Standard Ground. Therefore, Hazardous Materials will not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Canadian provinces of Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. If your order is going to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico and contains a Hazardous Material, that item will be removed automatically from your cart at time of checkout. If your order is going to any other state and contains a Hazardous Material, express Next-Day or 2-Day shipping will not be available as shipping methods - only the Standard Ground method will be available. EPA-regulated items such as repellents or insecticides may be restricted for sale in some states.
