Not sure how effective it will be, because the bottle has zero directions for use. "Read label before using" — there is nothing on the label besides listing ingredients and saying what issues it controls. I had to go to the website for any information, but even there it doesn't say how often to use it. Once a day? Twice a day? Twice a week? Lightly spray? Spray heavily? Users need this information! You need to fix this. I had to read your replies to other reviews to get any info at all.

The product is great but the spray bottle stops working when it is half empty. This was no fluke, it is a design flaw. I have bought 8 bottles of this and it’s the same with every one. It would be nice if this company, rather than repeatedly apologizing to reviewers and pointing them toward the 30 day guarantee, just fixed the issue and bottled their product in a container that actually works.

I would have given this a zero if it was possible. The spray was completely ineffectual in protecting my rose bushes.
At one point I sprayed it directly onto a beetle and watched it for several minutes. It had no impact whatsoever. In addition the spray bottle pump consistently malfunctioned.

The instructions are in Spanish and the online instructions in English are very vague. Spay plants every 5 to 7 days. Doesn't say how to use or where to apply on plants.

The sprayer device is a failed design. The first one failed after ONE use. I took it back for a replacement bottle. The second one failed as well! Very disappointing!

I bought a bottle of this to treat caterpillars that were completely destroying my rhododendron year after year, eating all the leaves and buds. This was recommended by my local garden store, who knows I have a puppy, small kids, and a yard I don't like to treat with chemicals. It was effective, and not terribly chemical smelling at all. I had one bottle that lasted me for the last few years. I have used it to treat a variety of garden pests, with excellent results. Very pleased to find an organic product for the garden that I can feel confident about.

I have used Safer in the past with good results. This not only didn’t work (with repeated applications as per instructions), but the spray nozzle quit working after one application so I had to put in another spray bottle. Loss of plant, time, and $$. Won’t be using Safer (haha) again.

Good product, terrible sprayer.

I've bought two of these from the local hardware store. I love the product! It's safe and effective in treating a variety of gardening problems. However, both times the bottle has completely stopped spraying when it is half empty. Nothing I do after that point will make it spray again. No matter how many times I pull the trigger, only air comes out, even though the bottle is still half full. In the future I will buy the concentrate and use my own sprayer.

i see no instruction for use....does it need to be rinsed off? if so how long to keep it on plant. Should I wear gloves to spray it? is it a systemic fungicide? I am considering using it on an orchid with rot on the roots. The orchid is in water. Would I just treat the roots? Thank you

This product is for outdoor use only and should not be used on indoor plants like your orchid. It should be applied every 7 to 10 days and you should always do a small test on a part of the plant first, as it can cause damage under certain conditions. Gloves should be worn during use.

Why does the label not safe "NOT FOR INDOOR USE". I cannot find anywhere on the label (inside or out) that says not for indoor use. This is a big problem. Please tell us why it is not for indoor use because some people bought it because THE LABEL DID NOT SAY that we could not use it for indoor use.
