Defend your home against six- and eight-legged pests with Safer® Home Spider & Insect Traps. The traps are coated with a sticky glue surface that traps and kills ants, spiders, roaches, centipedes, crickets, and other crawling insects. For your convenience, each trap can be folded over to keep the glue surface away from pets and children — and the captured insects out of sight — or you can use it flat for more surface area.
Traps and Kills Spiders & Crawling Insects
Traps are a great way to eliminate the crawling pests that invade your home. Safer® Home Spider & Insect Traps rely on a sticky surface to trap spiders and crawling insects such as ants, roaches, centipedes, crickets and more. Once insects step onto the glue, they become stuck fast. With four traps per package, you can create multiple placements throughout your home for effective pest control.
Versatile Design
For your convenience, these traps can be used flat or folded. Simply remove the backing from the trap to reveal the glue surface. Fold or leave flat and place in a high traffic area. Use the traps folded to keep the glue surface away from children and pets. This will also keep the captured spiders and insects out of sight. Use them flat for more surface area so you can capture more insects.
No Chemical Insecticides
Safer® Home Spider & Insect Traps contain no chemical insecticides and are the ideal choice for homes with children and pets. They can be placed anywhere insect pests are known to hide. Basements, attics, and room corners are good bets, and the traps can be used along baseboards, in corners, in cabinets, or underneath furniture and appliances.

The traps were simple and easy to set up and they really work. I put one trap in the garage and it caught a HUGE roach and one trap in the kitchen caught a centipede so I know the sticky stuff is strong but safer to use around my baby and dogs.
"1 spider in 1 trap was a lucky catch i guess (i hate spiders)
when i peeled off the paper it rolled up and stuck to my wrist
getting sticky stuff on fingers is unavoidable if you fold them which by the way, it is much easier to pre-fold before you take the paper off
i don't care for how they look -- flat or folded -- it looks like i dropped an envelope or box on my floor even though they are placed up against the wall
the good news is i guess i don't have many bugs in my house as 1 trap has 5 tiny sugar ants 2 traps are empty and 1 small spider on trap i put by house door in garage
i will leave them where they are for at least another month as warmer weather may bring more bugs"
After using the insect and spider trap for severeal weeks, I have had only moderate success in trapping insects. The trap required assembly, although minimal it was still a bit of a pain. Once assembled I used it in two areas, by the kitchen waste can and then again by the side door. there was some activity but I would not determine it to be immensly successful. I would rate this product as strictly average.
I found the instructions to form the "tent" or make a "stripe" to be unclear. The product is VERY sticky, which is good. However, I will NOT purchase this product for interior home use again.
The sticky glue makes it very difficult to fold or tear the product at the perforated lines to form the "tent". It is very difficult to use without getting your hands sticky. I am very concerned now that this strip will do damage when it gets on flooring, furniture -- or a pet. And it will get in contact with something other than an insect!
There was no guidance as to what solvent to use for cleanup -- for hands or objects! And your hands will get sticky from preparing this product. I would not recommend this product at this time. I should have used the older Safer pre-formed insect traps that I have used in the past with great success and ease of use.
We are sorry to hear about your experience! Vegetable oil works well to dissolve the glue if needed.
